After numerous reports of the products catching fire and causing property damage, Venmar Ventilation has announced an air exchanger recall expansion to include another 108,000 units from the United States. According to Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall information, the recalled air exchangers have been sold under various brands to circulate air in and out of homes.
