Britax, a UK-based manufacturer of vehicle safety equipment, has announced a recall of more than 215,000 strollers after consumers reported severe lacerations, along with a break and amputation to fingers. These startling injuries were reportedly caused by the hinge on the stroller’s folding mechanism when the release button is pressed while pulling on the release strap. The strollers involved in this recall are the Britax B-Agile, B-Agile Double and BOB Motion models.
