Due to a possible presence of the bacteria Listeria, Trader Joe’s, a privately held chain of specialty grocery stores, has announced a recall of 4,865 pounds of Trader Joe’s brand Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice entrées. While 19 cartons of the recalled product have been halted at the distribution center, 240 cartons have already circulated to Trader Joe’s retail stores along the East Coast.
