A nationwide recall of nearly 32,000 pounds of breaded gluten-free chicken products has been issued due to possible contamination with staphylococcus enterotoxin, a pathogen that can cause symptoms of food poisonings within 30 minutes. The contamination was found during an inspection by the Colorado Department of Agriculture. The recall was issued by the US Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service.
