Popular pet supplies retailer PetSmart has announced a recall of more than 112,000 Top Fin Plastic Aquarium Heaters. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the aquarium heaters suffer from an electrical issue which may result in a fire or electrical shock. A previous aquarium heater recall initiated by PetSmart in August 2014 recalled about 33,000 older units for the same issue.
