Nine passengers who were injured in a public transit bus crash last October in El Jebel, Colo., have filed a personal-injury lawsuit against the bus operator, driver, and other parties involved in the crash seeking compensation for damages and a jury trial. According to the Aspen Times, the plaintiffs were riding a Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) bus on Highway 82 from Aspen Oct. 26 when the crash occurred.
