A commercial truck driver was killed when his tractor trailer crashed into Amtrak’s Downeaster train Tuesday morning at an intersection in the town of North Berwick, Maine. According to an Amtrak statement, no other serious injuries have been reported among the 109 passengers aboard the train, which provides routine connections between Portland, Maine, and Boston.
